KINETON MUSIC FESTIVAL
2026 TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS – KINETON MUSIC FESTIVAL (“Event”).
GENERAL
1. Your possession of a ticket constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”).
2. “KMF”, “Us”, “We”, “Our” means Kineton Music Festival and/or its representatives, employees, and sub-contractors.
3. We reserve the right to implement restrictions/conditions before and during the Event to ensure it is safe. You must comply with any and all instructions given to you by Event staff and stewards and you may be evicted without a refund if you fail to comply.
4. We reserve the right to refuse admission or to remove any person from the site, without refund, for reasons of public safety (including for crowd surfing or moshing), for unacceptable behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance, injury or distress, for harassment (including sexual harassment) or for any breach of these T&Cs.
5. Tickets are for the Event and any billed artists and attractions may be subject to change.
6. No trading or promotional activity is allowed within the site without Our prior written consent. Goods using unauthorised logos must be surrendered to Event staff.
7. By attending this event, you and other patrons understand and agree to being photographed, filmed and/or recorded in relation to the event and/or for safety and security, including filming by the police. You and other patrons understand and agree that resulting photographs, videos, audio recordings and/or audiovisual recordings may be used in any and all media for any purpose at any time.
8. These T&Cs are subject to change from time to time in our sole discretion and We will notify you by posting the amended T&Cs to the Event website.
9. We shall have no liability for any loss, injury, illness or damage to any person or property sustained at the Event howsoever caused (including by Us and Our agents) in any circumstances unless caused as a direct result of Our negligence and that which cannot by law be excluded or limited. Any personal property brought to the Event is at your own risk.
10. These T&Cs are governed by English Law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with these T&Cs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
REFUNDS
11. Refunds are only considered if the Event is (i) cancelled in full and not rescheduled (if the Event is partially cancelled your refund will be a proportionate partial refund) or (ii) materially altered which is a change (other than a rescheduling) which, in Our opinion, makes the Event materially different to the Event that ticket purchasers, taken generally, could reasonably expect. The following are not deemed to be ‘material alterations’: changes to the Event line-up; adverse weather conditions; changes to individual artists, bands or band members; curtailment of the Event where the majority of the Event is performed; and delays to starting a performance or the Event.
12. Refunds must be requested from the point of purchase, no later than three months after the Event.
13. Personal arrangements relating to the Event including, but not limited to, travel, subsistence and accommodation are at your own risk and We shall not be liable for any losses incurred from personal arrangements or wasted expenditure beyond the ticket
refund.
AGE POLICY
14. Under 16-year-olds MUST be accompanied by a person aged 18 or over otherwise admission will be refused.
15. Wristbands to write a mobile number on for children 15 and under in case they get lost or separated from their guardian, will be available from the wristband exchanges & welfare points.
16. It is the responsibility of the adult(s) to determine the correct ratio of supervising adults to under 16s, taking into account the age, needs and abilities of the children, the nature of the Event and any applicable guidelines (for example, the NSPCC’s guidance on supervision levels for safeguarding children and young people and relevant health and safety guidelines for educational visits). We will require supervisors to remove children if, in Our sole opinion, the children are causing a disturbance or creating unacceptable health and safety risk to other ticket holders and people present at the Event. We do not act in any parental or supervisory capacity for under 18s on site. This does not affect our legal duties to any attendee in respect of, or obligation to comply with, any applicable laws including health and safety or licensing laws.
RESPONSIBLE ADULT POLICY
17. As a response to concerns raised by our lovely visitors and neighbours we have decided to implement the following policy regarding young campers. We hope you appreciate that we do this to enhance your enjoyment of the Festival, to remain best of friends with our neighbours and to safeguard the continuation of KMF.
18. A Responsible Adult (RA) must be a person of at least 25 years of age who will take responsibility for the conduct of all U18 persons in their party. He/she must be present on site whilst their charge(s) are on site, capable of maintaining control over their charges and remain contactable by Festival Control at all times.
a) Persons who wish to camp and are under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a 'Responsible Adult' (RA) throughout their presence at the Festival.
b) The person acting as RA must purchase all U18 camping tickets in their party.
c) The person acting as RA must provide contact details of his/her party, on arrival, as required at Camping Reception. Their contact number must also be recorded on the wristbands of any under 18's in their care.

TICKETS AND WRISTBANDS
19. The Official KMF Website is the only authorised retailer of tickets for the Event.
20. Tickets purchased from unauthorised sources may be rendered invalid and admission refused. Only wristbands issued by the Event in exchange for a valid ticket are valid for entry. The ticket holder is responsible for their tickets until it is exchanged for a wristband and then responsible for their wristband for the duration of the Event.
21. Tickets must be exchanged for a wristband on first entry at a wristband exchange. No re-admission on tickets. Wristbands are strictly non-transferable and will be invalid if removed, tampered with, transferred or resold. Wristbands must be worn at all times for the duration of the Event.
22. Tickets must be valid, presented in full according to the authorised agent’s delivery methods and not altered or tampered with.
23. Tickets for this Event have a unique barcode which will be scanned on entry and if found to be duplicated, either in error or for fraudulent gain, only the first instance of the ticket scanned will be admitted regardless of original ownership. Customers may be prosecuted if found to have deliberately duplicated and resold tickets for fraudulent gain.
24. If you have obtained this ticket in breach of these T&Cs and/or if you breach any of these T&Cs then your ticket/wristband shall be void, and all rights conferred on you or evidenced by such ticket/wristband, shall be void. If you seek to gain entry to the Event using a void ticket or wristband then we reserve the right to refuse you entry or evict you from the Event and you may be liable to legal action for trespass. Void tickets/wristbands are non-refundable.
25. Tickets/wristbands cannot be used as part of any marketing, media or promotion, or combined with any hospitality, travel or accommodation service and/or any other merchandise, product or service to create a package for sale or other distribution, without Our prior written consent.
26. We will not issue duplicates for lost or stolen tickets or wristbands. Tickets & wristbands remain Our property until the Event closes.
EVENT TICKETS ONLY (Day Tickets)
27. Day ticket/wristband holders are not permitted in the campsite, to camp in the campsites and are not permitted to sleep in the car parks.
28. Day ticket holders may only enter the Event via the main arena entrance; they will not be permitted into the campsite.
29. There is no readmission to the Event from 20:00hrs other than by Our discretion.
30. Day ticket holders will not be able to leave temporarily to access their cars, or nearby shops etc.
31. Day ticket holders should expect queues at the Main Arena Entrance – no refunds will be given for acts missed.
CAMPING TICKETS
32. Camping is only allowed in the designated camping areas. Please report to 'Camping Reception' on arrival for directions.
33. Camping tickets are valid from 12:00 on Friday until 14:00 on Sunday. Camping arrival times are Friday 12:00-19:30 or Saturday 10:00-12:30.
34. Camping tickets may only be bought in combination with one or more adult entry tickets. A person of at least 25 years of age - The Responsible Adult - must accompany any group of campers where one or more of whom are under 18, at all times.
35. Persons under the age of 18 will not be permitted to reside on the campsite without the responsible adult.
36. All persons entering the KMF campsite must wear a KMF wristband, as issued at the KMF Camping Reception desk. An U18 wristband will have, on it, a reference to their responsible adult. Any attempt to deface or tamper with the wristband will invalidate it. 37. Persons under the age of 18 must camp in the same location as their responsible adult.
38. Take all litter home or use the bins provided.
39. No fireworks, fires or BBQs (except gas) are allowed due to the risk of fire, injury to campers and the possibility of damage to surrounding tents.
40. No music, or other loud noise after 11:59pm.
41. There is a strict speed limit onsite of 5MPH.

GAZEBO TICKETS
42. Only pre-booked gazebos will be allowed in the arena with a maximum size of 3m*3m and no sides to be erected within an allocated plot.
43. We reserve the right to adjust or remove any gazebo causing an obstruction, nuisance or not within the confines of the allocated plot.

SECURITY
44. We reserve the right to evict customers without refund, and/or refuse admission.
45. Searching is a condition of entry and you may be searched anywhere on site at any time by security and detection dogs.
46. Without liability to you, We shall be entitled to confiscate any item(s) which may reasonably be considered to be a weapon (or used as a weapon) or which may cause danger, offence or disruption to any other person.
47. Any person suspected of carrying illegal items or carrying out illegal activity may be handed over to the Police, refused entry, or evicted from the site without a refund.
DAMAGE/LOSSES
48. We may prosecute you if you cause damage to the site, the site infrastructure, or cause harm to any other person at the Event and/or site.
BANNED ITEMS
49. Banned from Event – Animals (unless assistance dogs), gas canisters (over 250ml), aerosols over 250ml, airhorns, fireworks/pyrotechnics, flares, firewood, glass, illegal substances, drugs, ‘legal highs’ – this includes Nitrous Oxide and associated equipment including balloons, unidentified substances, unauthorised drones, barbeques except gas only, clothing/items which promote cultural appropriation, unauthorised trading goods, new psychoactive substances (NPS), illegal items, single use vapes, penknife, glass jars/bottles, laser equipment/pens, megaphones, blowtorches, excessive amounts of food, sky or ‘Chinese’ lanterns, petrol burners, excessive amounts of cigarettes, sound systems, spray cans, unofficial tabards/high viz jackets, unauthorised marketing materials, unauthorised professional film or video equipment, Leatherman style multi tools, hover-boards, scooters, bicycles, and other personal motorized and non-motorized vehicles, blow torches, cameras with lenses above 6 inches, and anything that could be considered a weapon.
50. Day ticket holders may not bring – Alcohol of any kind, gas canisters (of any size), camping equipment, campsite stoves, audio recorders, umbrellas, cans, catapults, flags, open drinks (PERMITTED items include – sealed ** water / soft drinks 500ml or less and empty re-usable bottles of any size). Please refill your empty bottles at the water points inside the arena for free. If you need to bring specific food or drink or medication due to a pre-existing medical condition, please bring supporting medical
evidence. **Bottles must be sealed and untampered or empty so that they are not used for bringing in alcohol to the arena.
51. Generators with the exception of those fixed in campervans.
52. No unauthorised vehicles will be allowed anywhere within the arena. Parking is available on site from 11:00 AM on the day with the purchase of a valid festival ticket.
53. Under 18s are not permitted to bring alcohol or to purchase alcohol on site. A Challenge 25 policy will be in place for all alcohol sales on site. It is illegal for an over 18 to purchase alcohol on the behalf of under 18s.
54. Anyone resisting the surrender of banned items or disregarding these conditions will face eviction. Items that are surrendered or confiscated will not be returned.
55. No animals, other than assistance dogs, are permitted on site.
56. Medication must be clearly labelled in the original box or container. Please bring identification matching the name on the prescription.​
FIRE AND SAFETY
57. Campfires and barbeques except gas are not permitted anywhere on site. Barbeques are not permitted in the arena.
58. Only flat base cooking stoves are permitted within the campsites and are not permitted within the arena.
59. The burning of plastics, bedding, tents, furniture etc. is not permitted anywhere on site.
60. Smoking is not permitted in enclosed public spaces or buildings including arena big tops. This includes e-cigs/vaping.
61. Excessive exposure to loud music may cause damage to your hearing.
62. Pyrotechnics, lasers, smoke machines, strobe lighting/special effects may take place during some performances.
63. The use of drones or similar equipment for any reason is prohibited on or near the Event without Our written permission.
