Kineton Cricket Club is a welcoming, thriving cricket club in the heart of Kineton in the Warwickshire countryside. The ground is set in a beautiful environment and gives all players the chance to enjoy this most wonderful of sports in a peaceful village setting. We have four senior teams, with senior men and women players, a women’s softball team, and mixed U15 and U11 teams. The club has two practice nets and a well-maintained cricket pitch.
Kineton Cricket Club was founded in 1877 and is home to one of the oldest cricket clubs in Warwickshire. The club has recently opened a magnificent new pavilion with modern facilities for both men and women’s cricket and provides a platform for our youth teams to expand and grow. It has four large changing rooms, and a large communal kitchen and tea area. The pavilion has been funded in large part by the local community, with players young and old raising sponsorship to contribute to the total.

JUNIORS
We have both boys and girls teams
– Junior boys are represented at under 11, 15
– Junior girls are represented at under 11, 15
– All juniors have the chance to play either friendly or competitive matches
– We are proud that a number of our juniors have progressed to represent both the local District Team and Warwickshire County.
DYNAMOS

SENIORS
The 1st XI and 2nd XI teams were both proud to be promoted in the 2018 season and the 2nd XI were promoted again in 2019 and 2022.
1st XI play in the Premiership Division of the Cotswolds Hills League.
2nd XI play in Division 3 of the Cotswold Hills League
Matches are played on a Saturday, with all games starting at 1.30pm
We play in the Arden league on a Sunday, offering competitive cricket to our developing players and youngsters.
The teams are a mixture of both age and ability and we are always pleased to welcome new players to the club.

WOMEN'S SOFTBALL
We are actively promoting women’s softball cricket.
-This initiative is aimed at women and girls aged 13+ who have never played cricket before but would like to learn and enjoy the sport
- No kit or equipment needed.
- Training in Summer, every Monday at Kineton Cricket Club from 6.30pm
