1. Ticket Purchases

• All ticket purchases are subject to availability.

• Prices are subject to change, and we reserve the right to modify ticket prices at any time.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds on Tickets:

  • Tickets are refundable within 48 hours of the initial purchase, excluding any service fees.

  • Tickets purchased within 10 days of the event are non-refundable.

• Cancellation of Events:

  • In the event that an event is fully cancelled by the organiser/host, a full refund will be processed, excluding any service fees.

• Service Fees:

  • Service fees are non-refundable and will not be included in any refund processed.

3. Event Changes

• We reserve the right to change event details, including date, time, and location. Changes will be communicated as soon as possible.

4. Code of Conduct

• Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. We reserve the right to remove anyone from the event who violates this code of conduct.

5. Liability

• Kineton Sports & Social Club is not responsible for any personal injury or property damage incurred during the event.

6. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of The United Kingdom.
